This tool calculates the optimal loading plan of pipes into 40HQ or 20GP containers, supporting manual entry and CSV import. Supports pairing of short pipes end-to-end.
40HQ (High Cube) internal: 12.032m × 2.352m × 2.69m (30cm headspace), max load 26 tons;
20GP internal: 5.898m × 2.352m × 2.385m (30cm headspace), max load 26 tons.
You may manually enter specs, import via CSV, or both. Pipe quantity must be at least 1.
