Seamless Stainless Steel Pipe

Seamless pipe is an important metal pipe material, characterized by the absence of welded joints during the production process, hence it is called “seamless”. This type of pipe is made from a whole section of steel billet through processing processes such as hot rolling or cold drawing. Seamless pipes are widely used in industries such as petroleum, chemical, natural gas, nuclear energy, aerospace, food, etc. due to their excellent performance.

Due to the lack of welded joints in seamless steel pipes, they have higher safety and reliability. The smoothness of its inner surface also increases the fluid transfer efficiency. The fully automated production process from coil is the most technically sophisticated and economical process for manufacturing longitudinally welded pipes, we produce pipes as standard sizes and customised sizes with outside diameters ranging from 6 to 3000 mm, with wall thicknesses up to 60 mm. The standard lengths are 6 or 12 m. Fixed lengths or lengths up to a maximum of 18 m can be produced in a number of sizes without circumferential welding.

We use all the current welding processes in continuous production, the main ones have TIG process, plasma process and laser beam welding process.

MTSCO produces longitudinally welded pipes with wall thicknesses of up to 60 mm and an outside diameter of up to 3000mm (118″) from individual steel plates – in standard dimensions from stock, as well as individually for your projects. We produce manufactured lengths of up to 12 m without circumferential weld, and up to 24 m with circumferential weld.
