Application of N08825 Coil Tubing --- Precision transmission solutions for multiple scenarios

Coiled Tubing is a long length of metal pipe that can be laid continuously. It is often used in control systems, chemical injection, downhole operations and other scenarios in oil and gas production. It is also widely used in industrial systems with high precision requirements such as chemical industry and instrumentation. Compared with traditional straight pipes, coiled tubing has obvious advantages in installation efficiency, sealing reliability and cost control, and is especially suitable for high temperature, high pressure and corrosive media environments.

Among them, the N08825 specification coiled tubing performs particularly well under harsh working conditions due to the excellent performance of alloy 825 (N08825). This material is a nickel-iron-chromium alloy with excellent resistance to stress corrosion cracking. It can effectively resist the corrosion of hydrogen sulfide, chloride ions and various acidic media. It is suitable for key systems such as offshore platforms, sour gas wells, and chemical injection.

Siri Tubing, a subsidiary of MTSCO, focuses on the research and development and production of welded coils, capillaries, control lines and multi-core tubes, and has the manufacturing capabilities of many international standards such as ASTM, EN, and DIN. Our recent delivery orders include a batch of ASTM B704 N08825 welded coils with a specification of 12.7×1.65mm and a single coil length of 4200 meters. Customers highly recognize the performance and stability of the products.

The welded coils produced by the Siri Factory can be up to 33,000 feet long per coil, and can be customized with a variety of plastic coating materials to adapt to complex application environments. In terms of quality control, we strictly control the source of raw materials, use raw materials from well-known steel mills such as POSCO, Outokumpu, TSINGSHAN, etc., and implement secondary PMI testing and MTC audits. The production process covers welding, cold drawing, bright annealing, plastic sealing and other steps. Each process is supervised by senior engineers and QC teams throughout the process, and is fully traceable through process cards.

In addition, the Creek Factory performs 100% water pressure testing on all welded coils, with a conventional test pressure of 40MPa and a maximum test pressure of 100MPa, and cooperates with UT, ET, HT and other flaw detection tests. We also accept independent inspections from third-party organizations such as SGS, TUV, and BV to provide customers with reliable quality assurance. MTSCO will continue to rely on the manufacturing capabilities and technical strength of the Creek Factory to serve global high-end oil and gas and control system customers and provide high-performance and high-reliability coil solutions.
