Supervised Production Process of 316L Heat Exchanger Tube

Every phase of our 316 heat excahnger tube manufacturing process, including cold rolling, cold drawing, annealing, pickling, and surface treatment, undergoes meticulous oversight. Skilled engineers, equipped with advanced tools, supervise each step, capturing detailed records through photography. Process cards ensure precision and traceability throughout production.

Material Characteristics and Applications

316L heat exchanger tube is a low-carbon austenitic stainless steel with excellent corrosion resistance, especially in chlorine-containing environments. This material has 2%-3% molybdenum added to it, which significantly improves its resistance to pitting and crevice corrosion. 316L heat exchanger tube also has good high-temperature oxidation resistance, processing performance and welding performance, and is very suitable for working conditions with high requirements for corrosiveness and cleanliness, such as heat exchange equipment, evaporators and condensers.
